Savory Corn Waffles
Ingredients
- 1 cup corn flour
- ½ cup unbleached all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can 12 oz. evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl
- Add Oil
- Beat eggs in a separate bowl then slowly mix into dry ingredients.
- Slowly add the evaporated milk and stir as you go.
- Continue to mix the batter until everything is thoroughly incorporated.
- Spoon into waffle maker and cook until light comes on.
