Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 1/4 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1 cup chopped swiss chard
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in food processor. You can adjust add bread crumbs or water to create a good consistency. Form into patties. Saute in a skillet with cooking spray or a small amount of olive oil until golden brown. Turning once.
