Quick and easy sunflower seed recipe that adds great flavor. Add to salads, dishes and just as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup unsalted, unroasted sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp Tamari or Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Spread seeds on flat baking sheet. Aluminum foil makes easy clean up.
  • Roast in 325 oven for 20 minutes or until a light golden brown
  • Remove from oven and mix with Tamari or soy sauce.
  • Sprinkle with granulated sugar and mix.
  • Return to oven for 5 minutes or until dry. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  • Store in airtight container.
