Tamari Seeds
Quick and easy sunflower seed recipe that adds great flavor. Add to salads, dishes and just as a snack.

Ingredients
- 2 cup unsalted, unroasted sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp Tamari or Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
Instructions
- Heat oven to 325 degrees.
- Spread seeds on flat baking sheet. Aluminum foil makes easy clean up.
- Roast in 325 oven for 20 minutes or until a light golden brown
- Remove from oven and mix with Tamari or soy sauce.
- Sprinkle with granulated sugar and mix.
- Return to oven for 5 minutes or until dry. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
- Store in airtight container.
