Tamari Seeds
Quick and easy sunflower seed recipe that adds great flavor. Add to salads, dishes and just as a snack.

Ingredients

cup
unsalted, unroasted sunflower seeds

tbsp
Tamari or Soy Sauce
1
tsp
granulated sugar
Instructions
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Spread seeds on flat baking sheet. Aluminum foil makes easy clean up.
Roast in 325 oven for 20 minutes or until a light golden brown
Remove from oven and mix with Tamari or soy sauce.
Sprinkle with granulated sugar and mix.
Return to oven for 5 minutes or until dry. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Store in airtight container.
