HOW I WAS ABLE TO HEAL

I am a cancer survivor. Two-time cancer survivor, and luckily, I had great doctors, great support, and great opportunities. One of which was participating in a nutrition study aimed at reducing cancer recurrence through nutrition. I have had and still have great teachers, coaches, and guidance in my continued journey to stay healthy and disease-free.

NOW I WANT TO GIVE BACK

I am a master at survival, having beaten cancer twice and a host of other health issues in my life. I have become a guru of going green. I learned to practice living a plant-based lifestyle through evidence-based nutrition at the Integrative Wellness Institute. It has been more than 8 years, and I continue to learn new and exciting ways to create healthy, whole-food recipes and share them with anyone willing to listen!

I created the Transformation Workshop because when you are first learning, it can be very challenging and confusing to make switches to what you have become used to cooking and eating. I tell people all the time that I am predominantly plant-based, and you can be too. Whether it is 50%, 75%, or 98%, the more you do to incorporate healthy food into your life, the more you will reap the benefits. And my definition of healthy foods is anything that is a whole food and plant-based. Think completely unprocessed and unrefined.

In my workshop, you will the whole world of new foods that you can use to create delicious healthy meals for you and your family.
