Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Spinach
  • 1/4 sliced Red Onion sliced
  • 1/4 sliced Portabella or Button Mushrooms sliced
  • 1/4 cup Grape Tomatoes sliced
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Oregano
  • 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce jarred or homemade
  • dash Salt
  • dash Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
    Spray cookie sheet and place crust on cookie sheet.
    Spread sauce and toppings on top of crust and sprinkle with fresh oregano, salt and pepper.
    Bake for 13 - 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

NOTES: Switch up toppings to your tastes by adding fresh basil, broccoli, hot peppers, olives and any of your favorite plant based toppings.
