Veggie Pizza
This cauliflower crust pizza is quick and easy and so delicious and you can customize toppings to make everyone happy.

Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower Pizza crust
- 1/2 cup Fresh Spinach
- 1/4 sliced Red Onion sliced
- 1/4 sliced Portabella or Button Mushrooms sliced
- 1/4 cup Grape Tomatoes sliced
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Oregano
- 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce jarred or homemade
- dash Salt
- dash Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.Spray cookie sheet and place crust on cookie sheet.Spread sauce and toppings on top of crust and sprinkle with fresh oregano, salt and pepper.Bake for 13 - 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
NOTES: Switch up toppings to your tastes by adding fresh basil, broccoli, hot peppers, olives and any of your favorite plant based toppings.
