Thai Peanut Marinated Tofu

Instructions
Tofu
Press tofu.
Cut into cubes
Thai Peanut Marinade
Mix all ingredients well
Combine Tofu and marinade.
Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or overnight.
To Brown Tofu
Heat 3 tbsp Avocado or other high heat oil. Brown Tofu on all sides. About 20 minutes.
Remove to serving platter
Thai Peanut Sauce
Mix all ingredients well
Serve on the side as a dipping sauce.
