1/2cupOatsWhole oats or steel cut
1cupMilkalmond, soy or coconut milk
2tbspFlax seedsground
1/2cupRaisins or dried cranberries
1tbspWalnutschopped (optional)
Fresh fruit like blueberries, strawberriesto taste
Serving Suggestions
Instructions
Measure 1/2 cup of oats and add to jars.
Add powders and ground seeds like flax or chia.
Add nuts or other harder ingredients.
Add raisins, dried fruit or trail mix.
Add liquid and close lid and shake.
Place in refrigerator overnight
Notes
