Ingredients
2sliceswhole grain or sprouted grain bread
2 tbspherb cream cheese
1/4cupsliced cucumbers
1/2cupmixed greens
3slices tomatoe
1/2cupsprouted clovers or alphafa
1/4slicedfresh red pepperscan also use jarred roasted red peppers
1/2peeled/slicedavocado
Instructions
Spread cream cheese on one slice of bread and avocado on the other slice. Layer ingredients so that the dryer ingredients go on the bread first. Cucumbers, greens, sprouts then add tomato, peppers and any other vegetables. A little salt and pepper are optional.
